📦 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the product is:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from damage caused by use, wear, or improper handling
- Returned with all original components (e.g. rope, carabiner, packaging where applicable)

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect item received

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

We are not liable for:
- Injury resulting from improper use
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or incorrect setup
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind after the return window has passed
